Some exhibition rooms will be closed in preparation for the upcoming exhibitions during the periods listed below.

  All exhibition rooms on the 2nd floor and the Art Information Space

• January 19 (Mon) - February 23 (Mon, public holiday) 2026
  Exhibition Room D on the 1st floor

During these periods, the following exhibitions will not be on view: the Collection Exhibition (including works by Marc Chagall), the Ishimoto Yasuhiro Collection Exhibition, and the special exhibition.

• The Museum Shop will be closed on days when the Kenmin Gallery is closed.

• Museum Café Marc will remain open as usual.

• From February 28 (Sat), the upcoming special exhibition, THE AVANT-GARDE IN KOCHI: ART MOVEMENTS OF THE 1960s is scheduled to open.
